About The Company

We are representing the first Online Advertising Firm built from the ground up specifically to leverage "social graph" data. The power of this data is captured by the phrase "birds of a feather flock together." They have mapped the social graph interactions of nearly 60 million US consumers and are the first company to offer "social CRM" which allows marketers to fully exploit the network value of every individual customer with whom they interact while also improving response rates on new acquisition campaigns by 3x-5x.

Their platform employs proprietary cookies to map the social graph. Their core data used to map the social graph has long been part of the standard Internet advertising protocols for trafficking advertisements and has been fully integrated with both Yahoo's RightMedia platform as well as the DoubleClick Exchange and is accessible to any of the thousands of major marketers who advertise through these vehicles. The company's founders are experienced technology entrepreneurs who have built several advertising and technology companies including a behavior targeting firm with a $70 million annual revenue run rate derived from advertising clients who included dozens of the best known Internet advertising brands such as Ancestry.com, Travelocity, Chase, Priceline, Match.com, etc. In the past, the management team has developed two high volume ad servers from scratch, one of which handled over 30 billion transactions a month and another, which was recently sold to a leading ad network for nearly $10 million.

About the Senior Sales Director • Responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing new business opportunities from top tier consumer marketers and their advertising agencies as well as from a variety of online direct response advertisers. • This position is accountable for generating revenue from major accounts and for developing and managing long term relationships with senior marketing, advertising and executive level contacts within client and agency organizations across industry verticals. • The Senior Sales Director will manage short and long term sales cycles with annual deal size from $100K to $1MM+ per advertiser account. • Top candidates for this position will be confident, organized, and love the thrill of closing new business. Working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, the Senior Sales Director will be comfortable in new sales situations and will enjoy face-to-face sales. • We are seeking goal-oriented, motivated salespeople to join our Sales Team.

Necessary Qualifications for the job • 3-5 years of online sales / business development /strategic media buying experience (online advertising, search, contextual marketing, web publishing content distribution.) • Demonstrated history of quota attainment; ability to evaluate sound business opportunities AND close deals. • Seasoned prospecting skills (relating to internet/online advertising) • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Propensity to adapt to changing environments. • Ability to work in local office; travel as needed to accomplish business goals.

Compensation $100k(base)/$250k (OTE) – commensurate with experience.
